OSBIZ S with CRM INTEGRATION (inquiries)

Hi to all techies,

We are conducting a testing with a CRM integrator and one of his requirements for inbound calls is a URL from each CTI Deskptop Client.

The URL that they are looking for is this

http://localhost:36729/?CID=<cid>&ANI=<phonenum>&DNIS=<phonenum2>&<cad1=xxxx&cad2=yyyy>

is this available on the manual? please help

I have only played around with this application but have a look at the Application Launcher,
with this application it should be possible to connect CRM systems via URL.

yes xs650 is right , you can do the connection between the CRM and the OSBiz by the Application launcher .
