AFAIK there is no interface for WhatsApp.
Even with the PC desktop client an active phone with WhatsApp installed is required.
While the app on a cell phone will connect to WhatsApp directly, a web browser client or a desktop client on a PC/Mac will connect to the active app on the cell phone, not directly to WhatsApp.

however can you assist me I was a avid user of original WhatsApp plus Apk, and most recently GB WhatsApp plus. (the original one which got shut down) why WhatsApp mods do not play nice with WhatsApp business?, I can't install WhatsApp business if I have a WhatsApp mod installed. And vice versa.
