OSB X5R call logging

Hi
Suddenly CDR stopped from OSB X5R
Trying to resume the CDR by restarting the the system many times.
No use still the same situation.
Please support me to resolved this issue.

Does the X5 able to ping the PC where cdr dump the logs?
