Name facility usually is not supported on interconnectivity with classic ISDN trunks (protocols).
SIPQ protocol supports name facility.
Still, on SIPQ trunk between Hipath 3000 & Openscape Voice (OSV):
- For incoming calls through HiPath 3000 the name display on the phone shows the calling party number
(calling party number appears twice on the phone display)
Cannot tell if it is the same for OSBv2X8 connected with Cisco CM.
Make sure that you have correct protocol on both sides (Gateways) and check if extension display is with 2-3 lines and calling party number appears twice.
(being so, maybe name display appears on 3'd line which device might not have )
On Wireshark trace check if name facility is sent/received.
If not .... possible protocol issue.
