If a call comes in with 'presentation restricted' then the last exchange at the carrier side has kept back the ID.
You don't receive it so you can not then print it.

Hi sbcsu
thank you form answer

I don't understand, because I get this restricted number in ISDN setup and also
I can show this number on display phone with change feature for subscriber by param TRACE=YES in amo sbcsu.

so ... why it is not possible to show this number in CDR recors ???

Hi.

When a Station is configured in SBCSU with SSTNO = Yes, which makes the Calling Number Private, CDR records for Outbound calls will show '######' for the Calling Number digits.

Following is information on how to modify the CDR record to include the CHARGEE field which will include the station number.
Raw CDR data from the PBX shows # 's in the Calling Party Field: This is the correct operation depending on the CDR form configuration.

IF the CDR form AMO, FTBL, is set up to use CALLIPTY to identify the Originating Caller ID, then this is the correct operation if the originating station invokes Caller ID Block or Display Suppression.

IF the CDR should still provide the originating station identification even if Caller ID Block is invoked, use the FTBL parameter CHRGEE (The party charged or the Paying party; chargee of a connection)instead of CALLIPTY (The calling party number: The party that initiated the current connection/
section)

It should still not be possible to display Incoming Caller ID information (from the public network) if Caller ID Block is enabled.
If the "presentation indicator" of the received calling party number is set to "presentation restricted"(ISDN), the Source Number Field will be filled with # characters.

There is an Optional patch OPT199, that will always include the Calling Number.
ACT-PATCH:OPT,S,199; .... cannot tell for which sys/RMX ver

Also in AMO GEFE check param :
SHOW RESTRICTED SUBSCRIBER IN PAYINGPARTY = YES

Additionally:

With OPT 179 & OPT 259:
act-patch,opt,s,179; ..... for V4,V5,V6 sys RMX ver.
act-patch,opt,s,259; ..... for V3 sys RMX ver.

the caller will see always the entry from ZAND:ALLDATA, DISPNUUN (text on display of extension B, when calling number of extension A is unknown or suppressed : XXX), after destination is checked, if the called party has SSTNO=YES.

Hi

Solution

I have got answer from Unify service support;

Solution is an activate optional feature in system.

Code:
+------+-------------------------------------------------------------------+---+
| FLAG |                   DESCRIPTION                                     |ACT|
| VALUE|                                                                   |   |
+------+-------------------------------------------------------------------+---+
|   23 | Ignoring the PRES_IND at the CALLING_PTY (G36091)                 | X |
+------+-------------------------------------------------------------------+---+

to activate just write
<CHA-ZANDE:OPTFEA,A,23;

Thank you all for help
