OS4K V7 RT2.23 Duplex System CPCI Architecture swap error

Hello for all,

we have strange problem with OS4K V7 R2.23 Duplex system as CPCI Architecture,
the error is:

CC-B was Active State and CC-A was Standby State
the customer make swap to test the processors
he make a restart for CC-B when he pressed CC-A is convert automatic to Active state but the established calls are disconnected ald digital phone is down and turn on automatic without any LTU Shlef or board is off all baords is Green but why calls is down and CC-B is convert to Standby.

I know I have done this before and when you flip processors any ringing and calls in the progress of being dialed would normally drop, but connected in progress calls should not. This is not my area of expertise, but I would look at the LAN signalling connections between processors and make sure that is all connected properly.
