OS4K V10 external/internal calls

Hi,
We have OS4K V10 with IP subscribers and SIP trunk for calls from/to public networks.
The problem is that all incoming calls over SIP trunk are set as internal calls.
What do I need to do to make incoming calls read as external calls?

Nothing to do with KNFOR.

In V10 ring cadence is determined by the TDCSU device type. For SIP CO you should be using HG3550CO, but if you have HG3550IP instead, it will be signaled as an internal call.

Use COT ODNI to toggle it.

You are right - the problem is solved by changing the hg3550ip to hg3550co
