Hi

I have set up a SIP trunk to a SIP provider (COLT). I am able to receive calls on different type of devices. I am able to call out with SIP devices but I am not able to dial out with HFA devices.
With HFA: when dialing out it start ringing Busy after entering 5 digits, so I am not able to send the E164.

Any idea on how to start the call to process only when all the digits are entered like on SIP phones.
changed many LODR config but I never found the appropriate one.

thank you in advance for help

Your LDPLN needs to reflect the exact amount of digits that are to be sent.
If those amount of digits are unknown then add in a 'Z' in the LDPLN
Examples:

Number beginning with 5 with total length 7

5-xxxxxx

Number beginning with 6 with unknown number length

6-z

:)
Glad you got it sorted out.

If you have a dial plan for your country/territory then it should be OK, except in some countries like Germany where the number length can be variable.
