Hello

maybe exist eny trace for synchroisaton issues

Hi
You will have to do a ISDN trace in Real Time Diagnostics In the Assistant under Diagnostics folder

The Kool Guy

If the system has a T1 and for some reason it was no longer being used as the clocksource (REFTA in the 9006) faxes could have trouble. The T1 would show slipping errors as well, but any quality degradation would hardly be noticeable if it all during a voice call.

We have recently switched from PRI's to SIP trunking and have had several issues,

a separate issue was our fax server manufacturer has not continued to develop/updat software and when we update firmware on our STMIX cards we can no longer transmit correctly. Solution is to always roll back STMI card to old version. Until new server is built on new OS this is the only solution.

when you mentioned internal faxing issues, is that across trunking or internal to the same switch
