Is there any chance you can get me this firmware release for the two phone models listed? I have also asked my two service techs I work with but am hearing crickets. I won't have access to the portal until after I complete my tech training for the 4K, which could be a while the way they schedule things.
I have been pushing out V3 R0.18.0 to my small sites, but have had 8 phones so far out of maybe 200 I pushed out get bricked, and maybe another 3, months later. I have been stalling pushing out the upgrade at my main site with 800+ phones because I have been arguing something is wrong with that software release and have been asking if they posted any bulletins about it bricking phones - the answer has been no. Yesterday I went and hit the wiki just in case and found aout a new version (above) was released the middle of March, and one of the prominent bug fixes is that some OS40 phones will no longer boot, and a couple less prominent ones also affect me.
If you also happen to have the install notes, that might contain any warnings or things to be aware of for install, I would appreciate it as well. I have the DLS so there is usually no issues with pushing out the upgrades.
