I'm trying to set up a Mac with OS X on a network with Server 2003. I got as far as clicking on the bind button but I get this error message: An invalid Domain and Forest combination was specified. You should enter a fully qualified DNS name for the domain and forest (e.g., ads.company.com). It won't let me enter anything in the AD Forest, it says automatic. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

The second line, Active Directory domain, should have you domain name in it. Check the administrative tab and make sure the last box is checked, it says "Allow authentication from any domain in the forest.
