I have dual monitors. If I have a program open in my primary window I want editors and/or any other primary menus on my secondary screen. The problem is that with the editors on the secondary screen I can't utilize most of the drop down menus. Some work, some don't. If I want full utilization I have to move the editors to the primary monitor. I don't know if this is a video card problem, software problem or OS problem. Any help is appreciated

OS, Software or Video problem

I don't know. Please provide video card, application and OS information. Did you google the video card manufacturer for known problems? Check with OS vendor? Check with application vendor?
