OS for new aloha install

We are currently using Aloha at two of our businesses. We are about to put the next business on Aloha and our hardware vendor recomended that we use Windows embeded POSReady 2009 as the os on our terminals. We are using XP Pro Embeded on our other terminals and have no problems.

Does anyone have any experience using this slimmed down verson of XP for the terminals? Any feedback positive or negative would be appreciated.

yes, it is a little over half the price of XP Pro

POS Ready works well with Aloha. I like it much better than the older Embedded and it is cheaper than XP Pro. There actually is no XP Pro Embedded.
