Hello,
I want to Trunk a Openscape 4000 to Panasonic TDE600 using SIP trunk, I inserted following commands using port number 5060 on OS4K as SIP server port number and port 35060 on TDE600:

ADD-BFDAT:FCTBLK=1,FUNCTION=HG3550&SIP,BRDBCHL=BCHL60;
CHANGE-BFDAT:CONFIG=CONT,FCTBLK=1,FUNCTION=HG3550,LINECNT=1,UNITS=1;

and configured the STMI4 card in WBM to not using SIP profile.
I have Ping of Panasonic side on STMI card WBM and wise versa.
Trunk Port becomes Open But Panasonic TDE600 cannot send calls to Os4K.

in Panasonic:
We configured as attached file.

 https://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=69548511-f184-4920-874b-c3e276d97c44&file=TDE600.pdf
Then I Changed the Config on Panasonic To state of not using SIP profile and registration = Disabled.

You should not be using native SIP trunks without a profile, supported use is via profile only. But it should still work. You've only added 8 channels in your TDCSU and 10 channels everywhere else, but I don't think that will be your problem.

You need a trace from the card to determine what is happening. Browse to the card, Maintenance, Traces & Events, Delete All Logs. Then trace profiles, activate 1.1.2(detail) SIP Trk. General problems, and make a test call. Then Load All Logs to download a zip. Have a look in there, you will see the call processing from the SIP engine and also the Qsig messaging to the 4K (if there is any).

Dear Moriendi

Thank you so much, I think it is Panasonic side Problem, I'll check and response.
