Orphaned Public Folder

We had a multiple server site setup previously. A public folder was homed and not replicated on one of the servers. This server is no longer available, but the reference for the public folder is still in the site. Does anyone know how to delete this folder? In exchange admin the remaining server can see the folder, but cannot do anything with folder properties and the delete option is not available.
