I have an object in a tree that I'm unable to delete. I am in the process of removing the server out of our network, so far I have removed NDS off of the server, removed all replicas, merged the partion to the root partion, and deleted all the objects out of the tree except for the SAS service object and of course the parent context. As I'm unable to delete them. Does anyone know of a way to somehow delete these objects. There has to be someway to force these objects to delete, besides calling Novell/Sento for support.

Do you get a specific error code? -----------------------------------------------------

No error, I just can't delete the object whether I press the delete key or right click on the object. If I try and delete the OU it won't let me which was expected as it still has a subordinate under it (the SAS service object)

Are you using NWAdmin to delete these objects? If so, use Console1, this should let you delete the SAS object.

If you are really unlucky, then you might have to use DSBROWSE on the server. However, you should only do this if you are confident you know what you are doing as one slip in DSBROWSE and you could be in trouble., -----------------------------------------------------

Thank you gentlemen, I'll give it a try and let you know.
