Original message deleted when forwarded from inbox.

I have a user that has her messages deleted from her inbox upon forarding them. She is using Outlook 2002. The messages appear in the sent folder, but they are removed from the inbox. I susect an errant setting somewhere, but I can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe this setting?

Tools ->
Options ->
E-mail Options Button ->
Advanced E-mail Options Button ->
Uncheck "In folders other than Inbox, save replies with original message"

Hit "Ok", "Ok", "Ok"

See if that works..

That isn't a default setting, and it may not be the case, but it's worth a try.

Or, in the same location as kjv1611 indicates, make sure that the checkbox next to "save forwarded messages" IS CHECKED.
