Original A-Number in Italy

Hello together,

We have a customer in Italy where we have mobile extension in use. If a mobile extension is called, the main number is displayed. We have enabled the Original A-Number feature in the system, but the a-number is not displayed. Can someone tell me whether the Original A-Number works in Italy?
