Orgchart newbie question

I have been tasked with making orgcharts. these Orgs have several hundred people. I have the data in a SQL table and can view it in a TreeView in .NET
Is there a way to interpolate that into a Visio orgchart? do I need to write code? I know noting about what Visio can do.
Any and all suggestions welcome
