organizing outlook contacts alphabetically

I have a user with a lot of contacts. He has them listed with the company name first that the contact works for. Lets say he has 10 contacts from ABC company. ABC appears first in the contacts list, but the individuals that work for ABC company aren't listed alphabetically but instead are listed by when they were created. How can I get the contacts for ABC company listed alpha by last name?
