Organizer 5 error in SmartSuite 9.5

Installed Organizer 5 as part of SmartSuite 9.5 and got error message "required DLL file LTSCSN13.DLL not found"
Have removed and reinstalled SmartSuite several times but message persists. LTSCSN13.Dll is in Lotus directory Compnent but Org5 can't find it? Any help will be greatly appreciated

Try to put the .dll file(s) in c:\windows\system
