Organizer 5.0 backsup only 2 iterations

Automatic backup gives me only two iterations. So if I open and close more than twice, it over-writes. I can't find any switch or setting to allow it to backup more than 2 iterations, although the help topic seems to imply it would keep on and on adding new numbered iterations of the Backup.
Any hints about this limitation?
