Organization chart error in Powerpoint

I am getting an error when tryin to open an organization chart.

"Powerpoint can't start Organization chart. An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Please contact your system administrator."

Does anyone know what to do? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

you might need to repair office programs. Go to the help menu and click on detect and repair - remember that you will most likely need your office cd to assist in the repair.

Another thing: for some reason if you have over 150 -200 fonts installed the org chart won't work. You may want to check your fonts. each combination os fonts is different. I still have approx. 250 on my computer and it works and another user had to delete down to around 200.
