Org Charts with Sharepoint

Has anyone implemented a Visio 2003 Org chart within their WSS site?

I have found a lot of links via google that say, "Yes it can be done" but I have not found anything that says HOW TO DO IT!. ex.

Step 1 Do this
Step 2 Do this
Step 3 Do this and so on...

Is there an online tutorial or d/l'able sample zip file somewhere?

Note: I do not want to create a static org chart and simply upload to a document library. This would mean that,
a. Staff have to have Visio or
b. staff have to D/L and install a Visio Viewer.

What I would like is to have an administrative web part that the admin can use to update, and then a dynamic graphical view for the rest of the staff that reflects up to the minute updates with no edit ablity.
