Org Chart from a Database

I have never linked Visio 2000 to a database...in this case our Lawson HR database. I understand how to connect using ODBC, but I guess I'm looking for the ideal table setup to create a dynamic org chart. Should I link Visio with a view, table, multiple tables? What shoud be in the table(s)? How should it be structured? Are there any samples out there that I can evaluate?
