OrderPro error

I am using OrderPro 9.5 to extract log file from Meridian 1.

Small portion of the file has corrupt characters.

any ideas on the issue? version issue?

 
If you open a presales ticket with ETAS they will clean this for you. Or you can scroll throught the log file and clear out any bad characters. I have found that if there are any audit messages, or error messages displayed while running the extract the upload will fail. I normally clean this up and it will work.

Also, I think they are at 9.6 now.
 
I didn't see 9.6 available on the website. The error occured in LD 32
 
Only OrderPro 9.5.0 is available. As stated above, just have SCH on your TTY to prevent other screen prompts appearing.
