Orderpoint on IBM via the 6.5 inch customer display(640x480) resolution

Hello Gurus,

Has anyone tried similar case making Orderpoint run on a 640x480 resolution? Documentation says second display should be set to 800x600 resolution and will work fine but has anyone had struggled and made it worked with a 640x480?

Customer bought several IBM units with customer display attached on it. Customer display will tend to become non functional, non use.

Any thoughts...

Hi Allan,

as far as I know, Orderpoint only works on Radiant\NCR hardware, not on IBM at all.
