Ordering E1 voice service in Spain (Barcelona)

Does anyone have a good multi lingual contact that handles ordering E1 voice services in Barcelona?

We are opening an office in Barcelona and I am working on ordering an E1 PRI circuit but am having no luck with Telefonica. I have a business partner that works with Auna (a CLEC)and their lead times to get the circuit in are around 7 weeks. I am trying to check lead times for Telefonica but just get transferred around.

Sorry. But I can tell you they call "ISDN" "RDSI" over there.
