I get an error for certain users (i cant pin point which users - but some can and some cant) where the basket wont save as an order. The error captured is
err.number = -2147164157
err.source = CS_Req
err.description = Method '~' of object '~' failed
Doesnt seem much to go on but i have ran out of ideas as to what to do.
I am fairly new to working with CS and wondered if anybody can help. OS = windows 2000 server and commerce server 2000. As I said some users can put an order through OK and some can't, and at the moment it seems to be new users. whether that makes a difference i am not sure. No code has been touched since before christmas and it stopped working in between. Not sure if its a permissions thing or a windows patch has caused it.
Any help would be much appreciated.
