I have a report based on a query which counts calls allocated to a particular person. I have a calculated field which counts the entries and displays the total in the group footer. As its only the totals I need I have removed the detail section of the report. However I would like to have the summary of all the totals to go in ascending order of number of calls. - can anyone help?

I can't help with your issue, but perhaps you can help me by telling me how you got as far as you did with the count report. I'm trying (without much luck) to create the same thing - a report that counts calls made, except I have 4 different types of calls.
