order status macola status 1 booked

I made a credit memo for an invoice & it didn't post . in power inquiry it shows as selected , and on the order header it says status 1 booked order. it doesn't let me edit or delete it , it says already invoiced .
it also doesn't let me print again (even if i check of print duplicate invoices)
anyone know how i can resolve this ?

Use the order view function to see if an invoice number has been assigned. There is a 'functional disenhancement' with the Crystal Invoice print that sometimes allows an invoice number to be assigned to the order, when the status has not been changed. If this is the case, the easiest way to correct the problem is to do the print duplicates trick but with the non-Crystal Invoice print.
