Order of Report is changed by Grouping...wierd

I have a report that is based on a query. All is fine until I group it. When I group it, the order changes.
All I really want to do is place a line under the last item in the group.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
In your grouping, did you check Group Footer?
That will allow you to put whatever you want right after the last item in the group.

The order will always change based on your Grouping.
