Order of File Lists

When listing files in Explorer or in a dialogue box, I would like to change the default view Windows XP offers for all situations. As it stands, the view default is 'List' but I would like this changed to 'Details' in an ascending alphabetical order. This needs to remain constant always.

Any ideas ?

You can set this in Explorer: create exactly the view you wish, then Tools, Folder Options, View and set for all pages.

Before doing this, increase the level of folder customizations that XP should remember:
