With VBA I export a Crosstab query to excel. Fine. However he is rearranging the order of the Columns (ascending).

column heads
1-4 | 5-6 | 10-14

are rearranged to
1-4 | 10-14 | 5-6

Is there (a simple) way to fix the output to excel as the Crosstab is set in Access (I manually rearrange the order and these are maintained. 1-4 | 5-6 | 10-14)

Would headings 01-04 and 05-06 be an option for you?

Hi,

In Excel you can do a HORIZONTAL sort.

You must add a SortHelper row above the imported table with the Order as desired. I use a LOOKUP to assign this value.
