Order Description?! - Lost between MIVA and VeriSign???

Neither the on the email notification for the seller, nor on the order confirmation for the buyer, nor the screen the buyer can see when purchasing an item from the MIVA Merchant store... non includes the Order Description!!!
It only says 'Miva Merchant Order' - it does not show the item(s) that was purchased.
Where can the order description get lost between the transition of MIVA and VeriSign??? Any ideas?
 
If by "Order Description" you mean "Order Number", the "Miva Merchant Order" text is the standard description used by the Paynet Miva interface. Dumb, I know. But nothing's getting "lost"; it is working as intended.

If you are using the uncompiled version of Merchant (v4.13 or earlier) you can (very, very carefully) edit the file and have it send whatever you want, including the order number.

IIRC, the actual Order Number is sent in one of the other Verisign fields...PO or some such.

OK, I understand that the ordered item will only say "Miva Merchant Order" on everything that has to do with VeriSign, right? - Problem still that the store owner can NOT see which item was purchased. No item name, no item ID or Number.
I am sure there must be a problem somewhere with the Miva Admin Settings that don't "spit out" this information.
Also strange: the number of items ordered in the Miva Admin still says "0" even that I am "test-buying" products. More ideas?
