Order by 2

I have a colum that has three possible numbers

0
1
2

How would I order these records with
1 being first
2 being the second
0 being the last

I don't think that can be done...I mean, that is not much of an order. Order implies a patern. ORDER BY can be either ascending or descending, but this...
