This should be simple (I think)
I want to order my form by two fields;
1st: Cleared is not null
2nd: ClearedOrder ascending

I can't find a reference on how to do more than one field.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Nevermind, I figured out it's easiest just to make the form based a Query and order things in the query! Thanks for lookin'!

Gear,

And how did you order by in the query?

It's exactly the same in the form.

I selected the fields I wanted to sort by and selected "ascending" in the "Sort" row and made sure that the "cleared" field and to the left of the "ClearedOrder" field.

For future reference how is it done on a form?

Hi,

View the query SQL, copy it, paste it into the form record source. You will now see the forms' 'order by clause'.
