Orange Mobile Dongle Issues

Hi Guys.

Does anyone have any idea why my Orange Business Mobile dongle software will not hold the APN on vista? Seems fine on an XP OS system.

Orange tech guys are at a complete loss as to why internetvpn continues to clear its self from the APN

The tech guys can clearly see my dongle on the Orange 3g and 2g networks but i cant dial out.

Any advice is greatly welcome,
