I have a question about the client ip address for OracleMTSRecoveryService that is added in the registry key below.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\OracleMTSRecoveryService\Protid_0]
"Host"= IP
"Name"=
"Port"=

How critical is this key for the functionality of the client and what if it changes (dynamic IP)?
