Oracle9i Lite:Properties file for Servlet into Mobile Server

Where do I specify the path/filename for a servlet's properties file when deploying the Servlet into the Oracle9i Lite Mobile Server using wtgpack -d?

I need to set the license key for the Servlet (a third-party servlet iNetSoftware's Crystal Clear 3.0 Beta) and the license key is in the properties file.

I have managed to get the servlet working in Jakarta-Tomcat-3.2.4 by putting it inside the Classpath, but no such luck with webtogo.
