Oracle XE - Restore one of several backups

Hi,

Not a DBA so am at a bit of a loss.

We have an Oracle XE 10g database running on Win XP, which I have been asked to take-over. Every month they have run a backup (from the start menu option), so we have several backups.

I need to restore an earlier one, but when I try to run the restore option it always restores the last backup.

Is there a way to restore an earlier backup?

OK Sorted.

A former work colleague phoned out of the blue, and when I mentioned it was able to put me on to one of the DBAs where he works who talked me through it.
