OWB addon for Address Validation/Data Cleansing.
Anyone familiar with MelissaData product or other ISVs?

Does Oracle have match merge type functionality?

There are several Data Cleansing tools which do addresses, and some are address specific. IBM has "Quality Stage", Pitney Bowes has one, Trillium, QAS, and more. There are other companies which offer this as a service where you give them your data and they scrub it. This could be useful for a one-time cleanup. I once worked for a company who thought they had 1.1 million customers in the US and Canada. After de-duplication, it was below 1 MM.
