Hi all, I have been requested to provide some information about the benefits of switch from our current pervasive database to Oracle under NT, we have had a lot of corruption problems and the administration is tired of paying external help, they want to switch to other RDBMS as Oracle, SQL Server or Sybase, do you know where can I find information about comparisions between Oracle and Pervasive and/or the other ones ?

Thanks in advance.

Valo

I found this web site that allows you to compare various products:

Caveat: They are not necessarily the most recent versions of the products and there are specific platforms. For instance, I think they had Oracle 8.0.5 for Solaris which is a little be old. However this may help. The comparison of features looked quite extensive.

Hi jee, thanks for your answer, could you please review the URL that you indicated ? I am getting a 11001 error, host not found, I am very interested in this site.

Thanks again
