Does anyone know if its possible and how I can create a View in an Oracle Schema that connects to and points to a SEQUEL table on a SEQUEL database?
Any help about how to connect to SEQUEL from Oracle would be great.

Oracle makes Database Links to only other Oracle databases.

SQL Server can make a link to Oracle.

SEQUEL???

Actually, Oracle does allow connections to SQL Server. You have to install and configure Oracle transparent gateway for SQL Server. Then you can create a database link to SQL Server.
