Please, can you tell me if is it possible to capture the Oracle trap (Oracle Simple Network Management Protocol) with the TEC?. If yes, I can do it?

You'll need to use the SNMP TEC adapter. Since the adapter runs on UPD port 162, make sure you don't already have another SNMP manager running on that port.

Check out Page 85 of the TEC adapters guide for information on how to set it up.
