Oracle Simphony - Adding tip out percentages to Employee Tip Report 1

I am trying to figure out how to include Tip Out percentages for Bartenders, Bussers, and Hosts. I'm wondering if it's possible to edit the workstation POS report Employee Tip Reports to include this information somehow. I'm struggling to find any information on Oracles Documentation center.

For bartenders its supposed to be 5% of liquor sales, bussers 1.2% of net sales, host .5% of net sales.

Is it possible to edit these reports to help the servers and cashiers at the end of the night.
