Dear Frends

i deleted all the oracle folders and removed the registry entries directly from REGEDIT (as didnt know the exact way to uninstall) and reset the system. now the services created for oracle are still there, is there a way to remove these services too.

as now i wanted to reinstall the oracle and wanted to create the DB with the previous name but it generates the message that "service already exists, choose another name"

You should remove all Oracle-related entries.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog \Application\Oracle*
