Oracle Script/ Report

Hi

I need to write a report in oracle, that was previously available in Sql. I have the old report and the table names are the same in both systems. I have the code and all alredy done what would be the best way to go about modifying the code? Do i need to start again from scratch? Any comments or suggestions are greatly welcomed?
