Oracle Reports Performance Tuning

Hi,

We have an Oracle Report Server running on a 2.4 Ghz dual processor blade that is hyper-threaded using MS Server 2000. It is currently only consuming only 25% of CPU power and we would like to "unleash the beast" as it takes too long to generate a report now.

How do you increase the amount of CPU that Oracle Reports can utilize?
