oracle recover question

The following file got removed from CLTM9_CA this morning:-

/ora4/oradata/9.2.0.7/CLTM9_CA/arbor01.dbf

So I restored it from last nights backup ( the file was not changed during the backup ) and put it back from where it came. I then started the database and that worked ok, but as you can see from the following output the ARBOR tablespace is missing:-

select tablespace_name, status from dba_tablespaces;

TABLESPACE_NAME STATUS
------------------------------ ---------
SYSTEM ONLINE
UNDOTBS ONLINE
TEMP ONLINE
TOOLS ONLINE
ARBOR_INDEX ONLINE
USERS ONLINE

How can I get it back online?

alter tablespace NAME online;

I want to be good, is that not enough?

I have already tried that and it does not work. When I run a select * from v$datafile it cannot even see it.
